While senior services is a very broad category, our client’s objective is to partner with companies that have developed profitable and scalable models that leverage technology and data to deliver innovative and high quality services, such as:
Medicare Advantage Enhanced Services – services that address enrollees’ unmet needs such as specialty/chronic health care, a wide array of primarily health related benefits, fitness and wellness services and nonmedical services such as meal provision, transportation and in-home support.
Home Care – services that enable seniors to remain in their homes and live healthy, comfortable and happy lives. This includes personalized primary care and specialized services such as podiatry, eye care, hearing and nutrition, fitness classes, preventative care, wellness programs and opportunities for meaningful social interactions.
End of Life Planning, Management and Care – services that can help reduce the inevitable stresses and worries that individuals and families feel when facing or absorbing a loss. Typical services are senior focused financial and legal planning and management (advance directives, living wills, etc.), property inventory, management and disposal, information archiving and management.
The ideal company would have EBITDA of at least $5 million, but our client will consider smaller companies in sectors than present substantial roll-up and integration opportunities.
